A superb wine and the pride of the Valpolicella Classica region , it is made from carefully selected grapes left to dry in traditional drying rooms for approximately four months. Meticulous monitoring of the grapes during the drying process and  careful aging in Slavonian oak barrels and barriques develop a complex bouquet and flavor, finally harmonizing in concrete vats. Elegant, smooth, and balanced, it is an expression of tradition, terroir, and passion.
